SOS Cathedral Hill
BWML built a grassroots neighborhood coalition to mobilize opposition to a massive luxury tower on Cathedral Hill. As a result, the neighborhood is now organized and ready to engage to prevent the developer from gaining special rights and supersede local zoning laws.
Save the San Francisco Botanical Garden
BMWL helped the San Francisco Botanical Garden Society to work with community and political leaders to gain approval for a controversial admission fee that provides much needed revenue to support Garden operations.
DMB Pacific Ventures and Bay Area Building Industry Association
For Bay Area developers and business groups, BMWL creates and executes successful advocacy and communication programs to challenge and defeat anti-development growth controls.
BMWL negotiated the successful closure of San Francisco’s last remaining power plant, gained critical community support, and continues to aid the development of 22 acres of bayside land.
